Includes G.E. Package +
patio layout, fire table or pit, seating walls, columns, select water features (bubblers, drilled rocks, basalt columns, sugar kettles, in wall weirs), driveway layout, pond less multi-falls, deck design (conceptual only).

Includes G.E. and S.E. packages +

Pricing above is for lots up to 6k SF (most residential lots) in size. All properties greater than 6k SF will need a custom design quote.
5-7 business day turnaround for all designs. Up to 2 revisions per design. Additional revisions are available for a flat rate fee. Designs and plant selection packet will be provided in PDF format. Sheet size can be specified if needed, otherwise, it will be placed on a 24×36 sheet.
